Ultraframe has launched the Approved Ultra Installer Scheme which is an elite group of quality contractors who are not only well known by them, but have also been independently assessed and vetted.

Why using an Approved Ultra Installer will give you additional peace of mind:

Only quality conscious, service orientated companies apply for membership.

The scheme is run in conjunction with the British Board of Agreement, two independent third parties experienced in the construction industry. Moreover, the scheme has technical affiliation to the Glass and Glazing Federation.

Each applicant undergoes thorough checking, including the taking up of references from homeowners.

The BBA’s field inspectors physically inspect sites and offices to vet and check against strict criteria, including service and complaints monitoring.

Each year the Installation Manager/Chief Fitter must attend update training at Ultraframes head office.

Members can offer you an independent Insurance Backed Guarantee which provides deposit and ‘stage payment’ indemnity.

Members must use 100% Ultraframe components/systems. On completion of your conservatory your Approved Ultra Installer will provide you with a registration form to allow you to claim your Certificate of Authenticity, proving you have the genuine article. This certificate should be saved along with your house deeds and passed on when you sell your property. Each certificate comes with its own FREE maintenance manual.

In the unlikely event that a member cannot resolve a consumer dispute, then, through the Ultra Installer Scheme arbitration can be arranged.
